Purpose of the role?
As an Associate you will be in the processing team within the UK Re-Registration area and will be responsible for ensuring the day to day processing is completed in good time, ensuring all deadlines and SLAs are met, both internally and externally. You will be working with teams both in the UK and India. Additionally, the role involves supporting identification and delivery process enhancements to deliver outstanding customer experience.

Role accountabilities
• Ensure tracking logs are updated in a timely manner
• Liaising with counterparties with regards to outstanding re-registration/transfer cases via email or phone
• Supporting Senior Associate and Assistant Manager in providing clear and meaningful management information to ensure visibility of team performance to senior management
• Escalating issues or concerns the management team
• Demonstrate high levels of customer services
• Ensuring BAU processing is completed in good time in order to resolve non-automated Re-Registration items relating, but not restricted to –
1. Transfers
2. Institutional Re-Registration
3. Reconciliations
4. Exceptions
5. Crest/brokerage Re-Registration, including arranging trade & settlement dates
6. Completion of corporate actions

• Experience with Microsoft office (excel, PowerPoint and outlook)
• An understanding of financial services industry and operational processes
