The Company:

A large distribution company based in Swindon, who are responsible for distributing parts for the automotive industry, predominantly working for one key client.

Job Description:

As an Associate Welfare Assistant, you will be providing support for the co-ordination of welfare items related to all staff, as well as providing administrative assistance to the HR function.

Looking after items such as:

  • Uniforms and workwear.
  • Facilities co-ordination.
  • Meeting room management / refreshment.
  • Stationery.
  • Administration.

The Person:

You MUST have previous experience within an administration function, including:

  • High degree of IT literacy, including MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A desire to make improvements and efficiencies with existing processes.
  • Helpful, can-do attitude.

The Benefits:

For this role there is a package of up to £19,000 depending on experience.
