Brilliant small consultancy based in a lovely location near to Preston is looking for ambitious staff
Your new company
A well established small consultancy that has been operating for 25 years, mainly covering residential and commercial planning applications and developments. They have recently taken on a large number of Preston's new developments including large numbers of residential developments in the city centre. They are in a position to take on 2 new people to join their team of 6, with exciting future expansion planning, development and progression is on the cards.
Your new role
You will be responsible for your own developments, handling the liaison with the architects, consultants and clients, ensuring the smooth application processes and the highest chance possible for successful permission. You will provide advice on all matter and stages of applications and developments, as well as providing enforcement as and when required on site.
There will also be an element of overall client management, client development and bringing in new business to the organisation to further aid the growth plans.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of working in the private sector on UK planning policies and developments. Ideally you'll have knowledge of residential regulations, though any background sector is considered.
