We have taken a new permanent opportunity for a full-time Associate Solicitor to join the successful and well-established Conveyancing Team based in Thatcham. ?

?We are happy to consider a range of experience for this role but the ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years PQE residential property experience managing a varied and complex caseload.

?The Role?

  • Manage a varied case load of residential property transactions from instruction to completion

  • Attend and promote the firm at business networking opportunities, actively seeking new business relationship and leads

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalised legal services, understanding their needs and providing clear communication throughout the legal process

  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Firm to ensure an efficient and effective client service

?About you?

  • 3-5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing

  • Proven business development skills - able to generate own pipeline and network effectively

  • Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities

  • Excellent team player with demonstrable ability to build effective and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Strong client-facing skills

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
