As an Associate Recruitment Consultant you'll source candidates and win clients and match the right candidate to the right job to make fees. We place candidates on a permanent, contract and interim basis in accountancy & finance, banking & financial services, executive search, human resources, technology, legal, procurement & supply chain, projects, secretarial and business support, tax and treasury.
What you'll be doing
- Pre-screen and interview candidates to understand suitability for clients' vacancies
- Ensure candidates expectations are managed including feedback, salaries and interviews
- Generate leads, and new business opportunities
- Continuously develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
- Take full job and person briefings from clients
- Proactively identify candidates through our CRM, job boards, LinkedIn and headhunting
What you'll need to succeed with us

To succeed you'll need to demonstrate that you're sales driven, results-focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed. Recruitment is hard work and it takes time and perseverance to achieve results so resilience, persistence and determination is key. You need to be passionate about people, outgoing and confident.
