We are seeking level-headed, reliable Second-Jobbers for this Associate Consultant role. When it comes to their clients, this firm work with the best of the best, and they look for the same level of excellence within their team.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong academic background and at least 2 years of commercial experience. This experience could be previous recruitment experience, or in sales within either business development or account management. This company are looking for 'wow’ factor, either at work or in extra-curricular achievements, and are particularly keen on motivated, hard-working candidates who will bring something new and dynamic to their current team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Generating new business
• Liaising with clients regarding their hiring needs
• Networking with prospective clients
• Managing the candidate interview cycle, from first call to final offer

The starting salary in this role is up to £28,000, based on previous experience, but you can expect to earn in excess of £40,000 in your first year with commission. You will be working from their Mayfair offices, in the heart of one of London’s most prestigious districts.
