Associate Property Solicitor

An Associate Property Solicitor is required for a fantastic opportunity with a leading high street firm in Stoke. Applications are invited from technically strong qualified or non qualified Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on with the firm that offers excellent career prospects. For the right candidate, salary will be negotiable.

Key Tasks & Activities

To include:

o leaseholds
o freeholds
o registered properties
o unregistered properties

Types of transaction to include:
o purchases
o sales
o remortgages
o auctions
o new build
o right to buy
o help to buy
o shared ownership
o transfer of equity
o lease extensions
o deeds of variation

The successful applicant will work within a team of 3 fee earners plus support within my clients busy Residential Conveyancing department.

An expanding, specialist property law department within an established high street firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.

Training

All staff are encouraged to further their personal training and development. The Company has a Learning & Development Department providing a wide range of in-house learning opportunities, including one-to-one job skills. External training is supported by the Company by prior agreement and where appropriate.

Conditions:

Working hours: Dependent on the job role and will be advised at job offer stage

Holiday: 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Additional holiday days accrued at 1 day for every year's service in the annual leave year following completion of the 1 years' service increasing annually thereafter by one day up to a maximum of 5 additional days. Holiday year runs from 1st January to 31st December.
