Associate Mechanical Design Engineer

St Pauls, London.

£75,000-£85,000 + benefits

A massive opportunity here for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join one of the oldest MEP Design Consultancies in the UK which has recently transitioned to an Employee Ownership Model.

Established in the 1930’s, these guys have had a consistent presence in London since they opened their doors. After over 80 years of family ownership, they transitioned about 10 years ago to be Employee Owned, a decision which has led to growth along with a desire to be regarded as the leaders in innovative design. A lot of companies claim to be leaders in innovation - here they can back it up and then some, one good example of this being the spec they have given us to work on:

- A Senior or Principal Design Engineer with about 10 years UK experience

- Someone who has worked on large scale projects of any type

- An Engineer who is driven to find a new job due to being frustrated that their current business won’t try new things

- Someone who is fearless in their approach and is entirely open to creating new approaches rather than doing the same old stuff again and again.

Given the ownership structure of this business, after 6 months you will receive a small amount of equity in the business which annual bonuses are paid out against. This grows over time and in the event of a sale, will turn into cash!

To hear more about this pretty unique opportunity, contact the team at 12 Recruitment via the links on this page and we will be in touch to discuss in detail.

You must have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship for this one, however we have clients who can provide this so please still get in touch.
