Our client are a leading property consultancy, providing property advice and transactional services to clientele across the world.
Their Building & Project Consultancy provide technical advice on buildings prior to acquisitions, on the disposal of property assets, and throughout a buildings lifecycle.
Due to sustained growth across the entire organisation and an increase in instructions from clients in the UK, the UK consultancy team has specified the need for an high level consultant with a strong building services background based from their Manchester office.
The Associate Engineers role will include the following activities:
Managing an M&E consultancy team delivering professional technical support, management and consultancy services.
The production of M&E statutory and service delivery audits of internal property management & outsourced service partners
M&E premises condition surveys, forward maintenance and capital expenditure planning.
Technical support & solutions is provided for M&E services issues and the management of small works M&E projects.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience.
A high level of technical experience, preferably working in property/technical consultancy. You must have a building services background, qualified to at least HND level in a building services qualification.
Client facing, strong communication skills and the ability to create strong working internal relationships is a must.
