The successful applicant will undertake employment work for both commercial and higher education clients, whilst handling a varied range of both contentious and non-contentious work with appropriate supervision when needed.
• Negotiating employment aspects of sale agreements
• Advising on safeguarding issues
• TUPE transfers
• Restrictive covenants
• Disciplinaries and dismissals
• Employee relations and trade union issues
• Solicitors with 1 – 4 years’ PQE
• Solid experience and a clear enthusiasm for employment law is essential
• Educated to degree level with a 2:1 classification and strong A Levels or equivalent
• Highly motivated, ambitious and well-organised
• Excel in communication both verbal and written
