Are you interested in helping shape the future of higher education? We are looking for an excellent Associate Director with a proven track record in working with large projects to work within the Ipsos MORI Higher Education (HE) team.

We are looking for an outstanding researcher/project manager with a quantitative background to join our team to work on one of our most prestigious long standing studies, surveying nearly half a millions students across some 450 institutions as well as ad hoc HE research projects. You will need to demonstrate your research experience, project management skills and confidence working with large datasets. You will be involved in delivering a project that generates powerful data which has a real impact for students, universities and higher education.
You will be working with students, universities and creatives to design a promotional campaign to engage and entice students to take part in our surveys.
Along with a Project Director, you will lead the project team; part of your responsibility will include managing and motivating an extended team to ensure efficient and profitable research execution alongside Line Management to help develop the junior members of the team.
You’ll ensure our clients’ needs are met through successful delivery of high quality outputs, accurate and timely deliverables, powerful insights and on-going project developments. As a key client point of contact, you’ll need proven experience of meeting client needs, and solid research skills including survey design, project management, data analysis, workshop moderating, report and proposal writing. You will also need to be confident in presenting insights to the clients.
Working with HE providers and regulators you will ensure you fully understand the sector, motivations and the impact of your work. Through building great relationships with clients you’ll use your knowledge to towards identifying new business opportunities and winning new projects and clients.
You’ll identify new business opportunities for hoc projects and new products and deliver the proposals and won projects. You can also get involved in wider initiatives across the business including Thought Leadership pieces or New Product Development - we encourage all our researchers to push and stretch themselves, to be the best they can be.
