Associate Director Quantity Surveyor- Bank/Fund Monitoring

Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join the London office of a 100 year old global property and construction consultancy at Associate Director level in their West End offices. 

The right candidate will operate within a specialist team, delivering technical due diligence services and providing advice to funders on a variety of projects across a number of sectors including some of the most prestigious land mark projects in London and beyond.

Working closely with a Director you will engage with banks and project team members including developers, contractors, professional consultants, legal and insurance advisers. 

The role will include advising banks and funders on funding and construction monitoring services. It will give the opportunity to report on projects with values typically ranging from £500k - £100m+

Requirements

  • MRICS
  • Track record providing bank monitoring services including initial reporting to assist in securing funding
  • Construction Monitoring

You should ideally have experience in this area, however the client would also be interested in candidates that are seeking to forge their career into this area.

Salary:

  • Salary: £60k-£80k
