Salary: £70,000 - £85,000, DOE

My client, a leading planning consultancy, is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their dynamic team in Oxford. This role involves providing strategic planning advice, leading projects, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban planning, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver complex planning projects.
- Foster client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
- Mentor and support junior team members.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Planning or related field.
