Rare and highly rewarding opportunity to shape and direct the Bioanalytical department of a leading global biopharmaceutical company!

In this role you will utilize your expert knowledge of a range of large molecule bioanalytical techniques to provide technical design, leadership and execution of pharmacokinetic, immunogenicity and Biomarker projects. As an Associate Director, you will ensure bioanalytical tasks and methods are suitably qualified/validated for use in GCP and GLP laboratories, as well as being heavily involved in the company’s overall commercial strategy.

Excellent communication and strategizing skills are essential as you will be communicating regularly with key decision makers, stakeholders, collaborators and consultants, both within the business and externally - with the goal of providing study reports, project updates and regulatory documentation support.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience of a range of bioanalytical techniques (LC-MS/MS, immunoassay, flow cytometry & qPCR) acquired in pharma or CRO industries (GCP/GLP). Also experience with gene therapy & oncology programs is advantageous.

In addition to an excellent scientific understanding, a commercial outlook and excellent communication skills are required in conjunction with demonstratable and proven leadership skills.
