Our client is a fast-paced PR and Content Marketing consultancy, based in central London, with an internal Research & Insight team. They work largely within B2B and technology markets, and boast a friendly working environment, where no two days are the same. They are now looking for a Associate Director to join the research team, reporting into the Managing Director. This role will suit someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment.
They have open plan, modern offices, with early finishes on Fridays. The person who goes into this role will be able to progress quickly and will play an integral part of the growth and development of the team.
The purpose of the role, is to support the Managing Director in the growth and development of the team, the client base and the work they are doing. The business is looking to develop and grow the team, in which you would be instrumental in this process. Currently most business is generated through internal sources and so a large part of the role will be to oversee these projects, whilst supporting the Managing Director to win externally new accounts.
Projects range in nature and span both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, within PR, communications, content marketing and customer journey behaviour. The majority of clients are in the technology sector and are fast growing SMEs.
Key duties of the role include:-
- Proposal writing and pitching
- Costing internal projects
- Designing research programmes
- Overseeing projects from start to finish
- Writing reports and presenting to clients
- Development and growth of the research team
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have a strong research background, ideally within quantitative and qualitative research methods, but if you are quantitative only you will still be considered. You will be happy working in a fast-paced environment, where you can be part of growing and developing a team and offering. You will be comfortable running and overseeing the running of research projects, and pulling out key insights to turn into actions and content for your clients. Experience working in B2B and technology would be an advantage, particularly if you have PR and Communications experience.
