Associate Creative Director

Location: Berkshire
Salary: between £60K -£80K depending on experience

I'm looking to speak with experienced Design Directors / Creative Directors (who are looking for a step up) or existing Associate Creative Directors who are looking for their next move.

My client are a leading Branding & Design agency in the Berkshire area who work with a variety of the world's best known FMCG and luxury brands on their branding and packaging requirements.

Overview of the Associate Creative Director role;

*Lead creative and design projects from initial concept through to completion
*Guiding the teams in the right strategic direction for the brands
*Present and present inspiring pitches for creative work
*Work collaboratively with both the strategy and creative team to create, shape and evolve brands
*Mentor the wider team to ensure everyone is performing to their full potential
*Set a vision and drive concepts and strategies throughout the team

What are we looking for?

*This role is open to candidates who are of Design Director / Creative Director-level and existing Associate Creative Directors
*Must be confident in presenting inspiring creative pitches with clarity and enthusiasm
*Successful applicants will come from a background of branding and packaging
*Experience of working in the FMCG / luxury market would be beneficial
*Wealth of experience in Art direction
