Associate Consultant:

You will be working as part of the Support Consulting team, helping our existing customers to extend and improve how our SCALE Warehouse Management System solution is used. Projects include upgrades, additional sites, and designing and delivering configuration changes and modifications. You will also own and resolve production issues. Associate Consultants work directly with customers. You can expect up to 50% travel, however some projects may involve a prolonged engagement on a customer site in the EMEA region.

About you?

You are motivated to learn and understand our supply chain solutions and ambitious in your drive to work with our customers to solve complex technical problems. You are passionate about systems and relentless in your desire to innovate customers supply chain processes. You are equipped with the following:

  • Engineering, Mathematics, Computing/IT or Science based degree or equivalent through work experience
  • Work experience within a commercial, business environment gained from an internship/industrial placement or relevant work experience
  • Some demonstrable IT/computing experience/interest, through university modules, work placements or hobbies
  • Been an active member of an extracurricular university society group or team
  • Able to travel about 50%, mostly across Europe
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and driven
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
