Associate Building Surveyor

My client is an established leading independent, multi-professional consultancy practice working within the property, infrastructure and construction industries and have appointed Kingsley to recruit for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their Manchester office.

With offices throughout the UK, the company works on a range of prestigious projects across both public and private sectors.

About the Role?

Due to an increase in new, exciting instructions, my Client is looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor to join and lead the Manchester branch. You will possess excellent technical knowledge and good business development skills, representing the organizations to various clients, presentations and networking events.

You will also have good team management skills, being able to motivate and develop members of staff at all levels.

The position is a client facing role and you will possess excellent soft skills in being able to communicate with a range of stakeholders.

My client offers a comprehensive Building Surveying service and as a result the work you’ll be doing will be diverse, ensuring an excellent service is offered to the client.

You will be a chartered surveyor or MCIOB and be career minded. My client is seeking a candidate with the potential to progress to director level within the next few years.
