Your new company
This is an expanding practice of Chartered Building Surveyors with specialist knowledge and experience in the fields of residential & commercial building surveying, asbestos consultancy & architectural design. They are a dynamic team of professional Building Surveyors producing high quality outcomes for a wide variety of clients.
Your new role
In this position you will be working predominantly on schools for both new builds, refurbishments, extensions and renovations. You will have control over your own projects and engaging in managerial activities including the mentoring of junior staff. This role will have you out and about working on sites liaising closely with clients as well as being in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally for this position you will be MRICS Qualified, have experience working autonomously and taking responsibility for projects from conception through to completion. Due to the large amount of client interaction excellent verbal and written skills are imperative in this position.
