Job Role: Associate – Architecture

My client is a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy that through consistent growth are able to offer expertise in Commercial Architecture, Residential Architecture, Civil Engineering, Development Consultancy, Town Planning and Land Surveying to their enviable client base.
Expanding their multi-disciplinary presence, they are looking to expand their Bedford architectural design team. They are looking for an ambitious Associate with a strong background in residential and/or mixed use design.
The current team have experience of designing private housing, low rise estates, affordable housing and mixed use urban developments; in the short term there is plenty of work going through their other office that can be diverted until the new Birmingham office establishes its own client base.
Key Requirements: Associate
- You must already be an experienced architect or architectural technologist, demonstrating a suitable number of years’ experience working for an architectural design services company on residential and mixed use developments.
- Accomplished in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Office Software packages.
- Have the ability to design and draft residential feasibility and detailed sketch layouts, incorporating necessary LPA design standards.
- You will be a self-motivated individual, with drive, energy and initiative.
