Your new role
The Associate Account Management job will involve interacting with clients and building relationships to offer different services and product lines through a thorough understanding of the clients needs and requirements. You will need to up-sell and cross-sell in order to meet revenue targets and liaise closely with the wider team including product managers and sales managers. Attending weekly sales meetings and ensuring the database is kept up o date with relevant information are key responsibilities of the job.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to build long-lasting, credible relationships with clients both over the phone and face to face. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal along with the ability to work well both within a team and on your own. In addition a keen interest in financial markets would be favourable.
