Job Description

The purpose of the waste service is to provide an efficient and effective service with a first class reputation, keeping Aberdeenshire clean and safe, delighting our customers, recycling more and landfilling less every year.

To work as part of a team to ensure that all Refuse and Recycling Collections and Street.
Cleansing Services are carried out in an efficient and effective manner. Assist in the day-today coperation of all services which includes all personnel, vehicles, plant, and equipment.

This post participates in a shift rota to cover business hours and the days of work will vary according to the needs of the service. Public holiday working may be required.

Applicants for this post must hold a current LGV Driving Licence.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
