Assistant to the Director and PA

Our client, a leading specialist in their industry, are looking for an Assistant to work closely with and support the PA and the Director of the Company

You will need to have a strong administrative background with an ability to work in a busy environment, assisting with diary management, meetings and letters

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Assistant will support the Director and PA with diary management and with their workload
  • Requires excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Will deal with confidential matters for the Director and PA
  • Upload information to internal SharePoint system, and keep this maintained
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

For this role you will have:

Experience of working in a PA or secretarial background

Have strong IT skills and proven knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

This is a great opportunity for someone with good office administration experience who is keen to work in a busy dynamic office within a technical company
