Assistant to Property Manager is required for a busy Estate Agent based in Dartford.
An experienced Assistant to Property Manager / Team Administrator is required to assist the property management team with their growing managed property portfolio.
Previous experience / exposure to a property management environment of any kind is essential!
The successful candidate must be comfortable working under pressure in a busy lettings environment. This is a fast paced and varied role which would suit a dynamic, motivated individual.
Property management duties:
·Estate Agent - Experience is essential
·Action all property maintenance issues raised
·Keep the property database up to date
·Dedicated to building on-going relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors
·Negotiating quotes with contractors
·Check in tenants
·Check out tenants
·Handling any deposit dilapidation
·Booking in property inspections and conducting the inspections
·Ensure all Gas Safety, EPCs and Electrical Certificate checks are up to date
This role involves communicating with our landlord client, our tenants and our contractors, excellent skills in communication - both written and verbal are essential. We are seeking a candidate with a mature confident attitude who is resilient, highly professional and experienced in customer service.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail is required. IT literacy, sound literacy and numeracy skills and a lively sense of humour are also important in a job where no two days are the same! A driven person will relish the challenge of this role and enjoy working in our team.
