A fantastic philanthropic business based just outside of Birmingham city centre is looking for a hard-working and driven individual for a unique role supporting the PA to CEO and the wider business. This will be a busy role in which you will be required to carry out a range of tasks in order to ensure the smooth running of the business. There will be an exceptional focus on client services within this role and therefore it will be preferable if you have similar existing experience. You responsibilities will include:
Supporting in meeting coordination and servicing including acting as a point of contact for all clients
Excellent attention to detail in communication and document production for clients and suppliers
Management of diaries and coordination of travel bookings on behalf of all senior persons across the business
Liaising with clients in order to ensure all messages are passed on
Assistance with project administration across the group of businesses
You must be willing to adapt to a changing environment and work with a range of individuals on a daily basis. Ideally you will be available for an immediate start on a temp-to-perm basis.
