Assistant to Director

Our client a leading specialist in their industry are looking for an Assistamt to support the PA and Director of the company.

You will need to have a strong administrative background with an ability to work in a busy environment assisting with diary management, meetings and letters.

Key Responsibilities:

The Assistant will support the PA to the Director with Diary Management and arranging meetings

Upload information to internal SharePoint system, and keep this maintained

Answer telephone calls and deal with the matter at hand accordingly

Create, modify and use documents using Microsoft Word and Excel

Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying; scanning; mailing; filing

Welcome visitors

When appropriate, log client issues on to service desk and follow up with engineers

Upload information to internal SharePoint system, and keep this maintained

Other ad hoc duties as assigned

For this role you will have:

Experience of working in an administrative, secretarial or Personal Assistant role

Have strong IT skills and proven knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years PA / Administrator experience who is keen to work in a busy dynamic office within a technical company.
