Assistant Team Manager - Adults Services - Community Response Team
Swindon
up to £40 per hour

An Assistant Team Manager is required to join Swindon Social Services Community Response Team for an ongoing contract. Initially you will be based from home but when offices re-open you will be based at Orbital North, Swindon. Pay rate for this role is a very competitive £40 per hour.

As the Assistant Team Manager you will be required to promote a culture of continuous improvement, through ownership of performance and maintaining quality assurance systems for the services. You will work to deliver the vision of the new Hospital Discharge Policy and support the team to provide operational cover 7 days a week, offering flexible working patterns over 7 days. You will work closely with acute and community health colleagues to ensure safe and effective discharges from the acute as well as working to prevent hospital admissions.

To apply for this role you will need to hold a social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England and have previously held a level of responsibility within a social work department for supervision and direction. Ideally you will hold a DBS on the subscription service and you will need to be able to supply 3 years of reference contact details.
