We have an exciting opportunity for an assistant manager working for a premium fashion retailer. This retailer prides itself on providing high levels of customer service and selling a high quality on trend product.

As an assistant manager, you will:
* Lead by example by delivering excellent customer service
* Maintain excellent health and safety standards
* Support the store manager in achieving sales and profit targets
* Provide feedback to coach and motivate your team

In order to thrive as an assistant manager, you will need to possess
* Retail experience at a similar level
* Experience of providing high levels of customer service
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good planning and organisation skills, as well as the ability to react quickly to change
