The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following;
- existing assistant manager or experienced floor manager with high turnover
- able to lead a team to achieving store targets
- confident in analysing sales reports and using in making strategic business decisions
- KPI driven
For the right candidate, a competitive basic package of £28-30k is available with bonus/benefits based on store performance.
