The client are a privately owned company based in the Thames Valley that specialise in urban, brownfield regeneration into high end mixed use schemes across the UK.
They are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join the existing team on a steel frame apartment project in Poole consisting of over 100+ units. Candidates must have experience with steel frame, must have experience working within the shopfitting sector or a similar industry where they have experienced fast paced fit out projects and must be based within an hour of Poole. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £45k + package.
Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all Customer care issues also. If you are looking to progress your career to a Site Manager then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for as all competant assistants are generally given their own site to manage within eighteen months.
You will preferably come from a trade background with experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
