North West Contractor who work on a mixture of fit-out and general construction works across the Residential, Student Accommodation and Commercial sector are looking to employ an Assistant Site Manager.
If successful the project that you'll be working on projects across the North West region majority of sites based in Manchester, however the first project is based in Liverpool City Centre.
Basic salary £30K-£35K plus package.
My Client is a regional contractor who specialise in high rise construction and fit-out across Liverpool and Manchester as well as the rest of the North West.
They are now seeking to employ an Assistant Site Manager with a couple years' experience to join the company on a permanent basis, starting out on a private high rise fit-out job in Liverpool.
" Assisting the Site Manager on contracts across the North West, ensuring that the site is completed on schedule within the budget and in accordance with the company standards;
" Managing sub-contractors, plant and material;
" Monitoring and maintaining health and safety standards;
" Assisting with the maintaining of the production line with quality best practice;
" Ensure the site deliver the best service.
This position is a good chance to gain experience with a good contractor.
You must be driven and motivated, with excellent organisational and inter-personal skills.
Appropriate CSCS Card, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid Certificate.
Driving Licence and car also essential.
The Client is looking to pay £32K-£35K + package.
