They deliver a varying degree of projects ranging from 30/40 bed care homes to facilities with the capability to home 100's. All of their properties are built to such a high standard that they are the only house builder to achieve a 5 star customer satisfaction rating (HBF) by their homeowners for the last 11 years.
They are looking for Assistant Site Managers for various sites across Yorkshire and the North East. The sites are very much in the early stages or will be starting in the coming weeks. The ideal candidate will be looking for a permanent role with a company that can offer an excellent support structure for further career development. To be successful for this role you must be a forward thinking individual who wants to learn how to many large projects from an operational and administrative perspective. A strong commercial awareness will also be advantageous as you will be liaising with both the commercial and production team in order to get the schemes completed on time and to budget. The client will consider candidates from both an academic and a trade background.

* Experienced trade background or degree in construction management
* CSCS (Advantageous)
* SMSTS (Advantageous)
* First Aid (Advantageous)
