Due to this success we are pleased to confirm that we are seeking a highly experienced and professional Assistant Site Manager to join our team, to work on our Together Housing project. This is a full time, permanent role based in Sheffield.
As the Assistant Site Manager, you will work with subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure works are delivered against programmes, and are compliant, including ensuring health and safety standards on multiple sites across the client area.

Essential and Desirable Criteria
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent dispute resolution skills.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to demonstrate experience of supervising teams.
• Experience of work planning/project works.
• Appropriate qualifications inc. GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent
• NVQ Level 3 or a City & Guilds trade qualification.
• Excellent understanding of building maintenance
• IT literate
• Working knowledge of MS Project
• Environmental awareness
• Experience in social housing repairs and maintenance
• Understanding of job costing
• Scaffold inspection qualification
