They are looking for experienced Assistant Site Manager based out of their regional head office in West Yorkshire. The sites they develop can vary in size from half a dozen plots to 50+ units so the successful candidate must be able to diversify between the two. As above they pride themselves on their ability to leave every customer satisfied with their purchase and the ideal candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills as well as the knowledge and experience to deliver high quality homes when under pressure.

* Relevant experience in the residential sector
* Personable with great customer service skills
* IT literate (Microsoft office)
* First Aid
* Time served in a trade or HNC/HND (equivalent) in construction management
* Be prepared to go the extra mile in order to get the project completed on time and to budget
