The client are a privately owned house builder based in Northamptonshire that specialise in the development of high end housing through Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire.
Due to an expansion and new sites being awarded they are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking to take that jump up to Site Manager to run their own site. The site in question consists of 7 x 4 and 5 bedroom high end houses. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as a manager on residential developments and must be based within an hour of Daventry. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £50k + package.
Key Requirements for the Site Manager:
Certified in SMSTS
CSCS and First Aid
House building background in both conversion and new build
BSc in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, HNC in Building
Studies or equivalent or have a proven time served trade background with the successful
You will be an experienced manager who is able to manage a team with minimum
supervision, whilst setting high standards of work, quality, unit finishes, customer service
and Health and Safety
Strong communication skills and have the confidence to liaise at senior level
Highly experienced of the industry and current construction standards, including building
regulations, NHBC standards and H&S legislations
