Assistant Site Manager, Kent

The Construction Desk are working closely with a top 20 PLC housebuilder to source an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on site near Tonbridge, Kent. In progress, this is a volume build site that compromises of large, high-specification traditional build homes and will run for several years yet.

The Company:

A renowned top 20 housebuilder in the UK, the company have a strong presence across Kent. A growing region with a large land bank, and several large upcoming projects. In turn, you will be supported with ongoing training schemes, support for further education and mentorship from an experienced senior leadership team. The Role:

Supporting the Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for managing internals on new homes from first fix stage through to handover achieving CML and consistent positive surveys. Closely managing sub-contractors, you will ensure a safe and tidy working environment, ensure key programme dates are met and meet targets for quality/customer satisfaction and completions.

You Need:

Ideally hold SMSTS or at least SSSTS

First Aid at Work

CSCS - and ideally qualified to NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management

Experience on residential/housebuilding sites of 100+ units

Open to trade, further education, or military background

Salary:

On offer is a salary up to £45,000 p.a. with a company car/allowance, a dedicated bonus scheme, further training, and a wider benefits package.
