Assistant Site Manager

Is a national housing developer, who have a proven track record in delivering the highest quality homes across the UK, an opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join their successful team on a site in Oakham.
As the Assistant Site Manager you will report to the Site Manager and be responsible for driving the site forward, ensuring build programs and schedules are met and any problems are dealt with quickly and effectively as well as all ad hoc duties requested by your superior.
- You need to have experience of working as an Assistant Site Manager with a reputable Housing Developer/contractor.
- You will have a proven track record with awards to prove your success on the projects you have worked on.
- Stability in your career and UK experience is a prerequisite, good general construction background with a main contractor is paramount.
- First aid
