A dynamic construction company operating as works contractor in London is looking for an assistant site manager to join their team and support project manager in daily duties.
The role will involve working on a range of interesting refurbishment and new built projects mainly across residential sector and providing efficient support to as well as deputising for the project manager in a day-to-day running of the project from inception to completion of the works.
Ideal candidate will have experience in construction industry and will be able to demonstrate and apply in practice their professional knowledge and skills. The applicants must be good communicators with the ability to efficiently manage workload, delegate tasks on site and supervise works performance. Some of the main duties include running site’s H&S and administration paperwork, liaising with subcontractors and participating in business meetings with clients and associates. Experience in construction and CSCS card are essential, a degree in construction related field would be an advantage.
