Assistant Site Manager - Design & Build EWI Project

Howells Solutions are working with a leading Construction Contractor to recruit a proactive Assistant Site Manager to deliver a £10m EWI, Design & Build Refurbishment project on a tower block in North London.

Please note - experience managing EWI works on tower blocks is essential for this role.

As the Assistant Site Manager, you will work with the Site Manager to supervise and manage the contractors undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for management of sub-contractors, inspecting properties pre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day to day delivery of the programme.

You will hold relevant qualifications including:

• SSSTS/ SMSTS
• Current Scaffold Inspection Certificate
• First Aid
• CSCS Card
• Asbestos Awareness (preferred)

Assistant Site Manager Salary & Package
