Assistant Site Manager, Bristol, Residential, Unique Project

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to work on one of Bristols most historic buildings.

My client is a multiple award-winning niche developer who has a number of unique projects in Bristol. My client is a national developer renowned for developing historic and listed buildings. This interesting project will see the conversion and refurbishment of a landmark building together with a stylish new build into high specification homes.

With a number of distinctive projects in the pipeline, my client is looking for key people that can share their passion for creating outstanding homes and grow with the company. In return for your hard work, they will offer recognition and encouragement, with excellent career progression opportunities.

Centrally located in Bristol, your role will involve assisting the Site Manager in finishing the internal stages of the build, snagging works, assisting with health and safety and liaising with sub-contractors.

The ideal candidate will be an Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Foreman from a residential or refurbishment industry.

Confident, passionate and hungry for progression

Ability to think outside the box

A good communicator, ability to manage people and subcontractors

An eye for detail

Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
