Assistant Room Service Manager

Outstanding career opportunity for an experienced Assistant Room Service Manager to join a brand-new 5-Star Luxury Hotel based in the heart of Central London’s West End for an exciting position with an excellent salary £30,000 to £35,000 p/a plus service charge and very good benefits.

As the Assistant Room Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a room service team of approximately 6 while working closely with the Kitchen, Food and Beverage and Cleaning teams to ensure the prompt and professional delivery of food and drink orders to guests’ rooms.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience as a Room Service Manager, In-Room Dining Manager, Private Dining Room Manager or F&B Operations Manager in a similar 5-Star Luxury Hotel or Fine Dining environment.
• Demonstrated track record of leading, developing and motivating teams to provide an exceptional service to guests.
• Ability to remain composed in challenging situations within a fast-paced Luxury Hotel environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a great attention to detail.
