A day in the life:

As an assistant store manager you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do whilst creating a fun and inspiring atmosphere in line with our brand.

Be dynamic and influential- enhance the customer experience to increase revenue.

Support and develop your team whilst maintaining the highest standards throughout the store.

The store manager will lead by example and bring your team with you- demonstrate exceptional standards maintain the integrity of the brand.

Use what you've got- analyse data given, refer to retail and company strategy, use local/ industry knowledge and commercial creativity to hit ad exceed KPI targets and store performance.

Skills required:

Strong management experience in clothing retail.

Experience tracking P&L and KPI's.

Experience training and developing team.
