Essential: To be considered for this role you will need to come from a min 2 Rosette background
Assistant Restaurant Management at the high standards required supporting and deputising for the Restaurant Manager
Staff training and development
Achieving budgetary controls
Driving revenue opportunities
Maintaining, reviewing and installing efficient working systems / procedures
Health, Safety & Hygiene - COSHH - HACCP Risk Assessments
Meeting and exceeding guest expectations at all opportunities
Experience Required :
The successful candidate will come from a quality hotel / restaurant background, with CV showing a loyal track record to date alongside 2 Rosette experience
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to calmly work under pressure whilst inspiring your team to meet the highest of standards and customer care.
