Assistant / Relationship Manager Large Corporates
*Achieving set objectives by proactively managing relationship with existing and developing/building relationships with large corporate clients;
*Business development and proven ability to originate, negotiate and close various transactions with multiple levels of complexities;
*Enhancing the quality of the credit standards as well as overall quality of portfolio;
*Enhancing the marketing process for credit facilities (Up-Selling) and coordinate with other SBU 's (Cross Selling);
*Improving the profitability of the existing portfolio;
*Ensuring compliance with the set policies & procedures.
*Undergraduate degree in business from a recognized university
*From 5 - 8 years Corporate experience in a leading International/Regional Bank covering the Oman market.
*Excellent credit understanding and knowledge;
*Fluent in English & Arabic;
*Thorough understanding of the full range of banking products and services;
*Proven ability to develop relationships with large companies;
*Proven analytical and modelling skills and thorough understanding of financial statement;
*Excellent understanding of lending practices; and
*Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills
