Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking at joining a Midlands base main contractor?

The company you'll be working for operates in the industrial and commercial sectors with projects up to £15m.The owners of this business are time served construction specialists with a 30m turnover and multiple projects secured for the next year already. As Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will assist with providing cost and commercial management support, and will play a key role with support from the senior members of the commercial team in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

We are looking for someone with:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial acumen and a thorough understanding of cost management
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A passion for construction and a desire to excel in your career
