Multi-disciplinary design and construction consultancy based in the suburbs is looking for Quantity Surveyor

Your new role
You'll be handling cost management both at pre and post-contract stages, assisting the Senior QS is the preparation and coordination of all project documentation. You'll be client facing, able to offer your expertise at value engineering, organisation and project management.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in the UK with either a main contractor or consultancy as an Assistant QS. Ideally you'll have started your APC training on your way to become a member of RICS.
