The client are seeking an ambitious and driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their rapidly growing and successful team, to aid delivery on a number of responsive maintenance and refurbishment social housing contracts across the Leicestershire

Key Skills required for Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
? Evaluation of contract documentation
? Setting out bills of quantities
? Working to a schedule of rates
? Site monitoring & progression reports
? Completing and agreeing monthly variations and valuations
? On-going and Post contract administration
? Working within a customer focused team
? Good at problem solving and providing effective solutions to the clients and the delivery team.
The minimum requirements of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
? Experience in working in the Social Housing sector
? Degree qualification (preferred but not essential)
? Full UK driving licence
? The drive to learn and succeed
