Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Location: Twickenham (TW1)
Synopsis: Construction company that acts as both a developer and main contractor is looking for an intermediate quantity surveyor to work on a mainly new build and refurbishment residential projects. Covering a broad range of duties in both QS and PM function.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 plus company car, and benefits
About the company and QS / PM opportunity
This company is a small family run construction firm based in Twickenham that operates as both a developer and main contractor on mainly residential projects; although they do have mix use projects as well. These projects include 140 apartments, redevelopment of large residential site, new build of mid to high-end houses, and some retail / resi mix use.
They are currently looking for someone with a 1 – 5 years experience who is looking to join a company where they will be able to work on a wide range of duties and not just be pigeon holed into Quantity Surveying. You will be dynamic, assertive, self-disciplined, and looking for an opportunity that can really develop into something exciting.
