Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Major Projects Division
Assistant Quantity Surveyor’s with construction project experience (£10m+) are required to join a leading Main Contractor to work in their New Build division. Quantity Surveyors will be working on New Build projects ranging in value from £15m - £45m, reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, working among an onsite project commercial team. Quantity Surveyors should have experience with Main Contractors, ideally experience with Main Contracting JCT projects and a genuine desire to work on largescale London based construction projects. This role will suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has at least 2+ years’ post grad experience, who has gained experience with sub-contractor management, cost reporting input, variations and general day to day on site duties in a Quantity Surveying role. Projects will be based around the London region, varying from office to resi conversions to new build commercial complexes. Quantity Surveyors will be joining a brand that can offer genuine career progression, with several of the Senior Management team having worked their way up through the ranks.

Quantity Surveyor - Salary & Benefits
·£37,500 - £42,500 Basic Salary
