We are a long standing independent estate agent looking for someone to assist in the management of our properties, and to blend well with our current management and lettings team.
The role includes liaising with tenants, contractors and landlords for maintenance issues, periodic property inspections, filing invoices, updating utility companies, checking inventories for deposit deductions, arranging office stationary, and similar roles relating to property management and the smooth running of the agency.
Candidate must have excellent customer relation skills to see to the often contrary needs of tenants and landlords.
Candidate should have initiative for solving issues.
Experience in property management is a bonus but not essential. A driving license is also a bonus but not essential.
Hours are 9am - 6pm Monday-Friday in London NW2
